Yes — there is a 2-hour time limit per table. This helps us manage bookings and ensure everyone gets the best possible experience.

Quayside Buffet Restaurant in Newcastle is a non-alcoholic venue, so we don’t serve or allow alcohol to be brought onto the premises. Our bar offers a fantastic range of refreshing soft drinks, freshly made juices, speciality mocktails, and hot drinks for everyone to enjoy. Yes we have a disabled lift from the ground floor to the restaurant on the lower floor. The restaurant is all on one level accessible via the lift or by a small staircase with hand rails.

We understand that everyone’s needs are different, however all guests are charged the same set buffet price. This is because our pricing is based on providing full access to the entire buffet experience for every customer.

No — our Grand Buffet is served from 12pm all day, and the Sunday Carvery is available alongside it from 12pm to 4pm.

As a buffet restaurant, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. All of our dishes are clearly labelled with the allergens they directly contain; however, we use a variety of externally sourced spices in our cooking, which may carry “may contain” allergen disclaimers.
