If a time isn’t visible, it means that slot is fully booked or unavailable.
There is no charge when you make a booking. Card details are only taken to secure your reservation.
If you do not show up for your booking without cancelling in advance, a £5 per person fee will be charged.
Your card details are stored securely in our PCI-compliant payment system, so your information is fully protected.
You can amend or cancel your booking using the link in your confirmation email or text message.

Bookings are recommended — especially during busy times — but walk-ins are always welcome. If we have a table available, we’ll be happy to seat you.
Yes — there is a 2-hour time limit per table. This helps us manage bookings and ensure everyone gets the best possible experience.

Quayside Buffet Restaurant in Newcastle is a non-alcoholic venue, so we don’t serve or allow alcohol to be brought onto the premises. Our bar offers a fantastic range of refreshing soft drinks, freshly made juices, speciality mocktails, and hot drinks for everyone to enjoy. Yes we have a disabled lift from the ground floor to the restaurant on the lower floor. The restaurant is all on one level accessible via the lift or by a small staircase with hand rails.
We understand that everyone’s needs are different, however all guests are charged the same set buffet price. This is because our pricing is based on providing full access to the entire buffet experience for every customer.

Yes — plenty of choices for kids, family friendly atmosphere.
No — our Grand Buffet is served from 12pm all day, and the Sunday Carvery is available alongside it from 12pm to 4pm.

As a buffet restaurant, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. All of our dishes are clearly labelled with the allergens they directly contain; however, we use a variety of externally sourced spices in our cooking, which may carry “may contain” allergen disclaimers.
We would be happy to provide you with our allergen-free menu to help guide your choices.
Please note that none of our dishes contain pistachios or cashews as direct ingredients.
We kindly ask all guests with allergies to complete a disclaimer form prior to dining, confirming that they understand and accept the above information.
All of our food is Halal with many vegetarian items. If you have specific dietary requirements, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Yes you can bring your own cake or we also do our birthday package which includes a cake, photo and staff sings the birthday song which is £11.99. To book the birthday package just mention this in the comments when booking and we will add it to your bill.
